Memberships FAQ
How do I cancel my signature membership?
Your Signature Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After completing your commitment, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date by sending a message requesting cancellation.
If you choose to cancel before completing the 3-month commitment, a cancellation fee equal to one month of your membership payment will be charged. All membership payments, cancellation fees, and unused services or credits are non-refundable.
When will I be billed each month?
Billing occurs on the same date each month, starting from the day you originally signed up for your tier.
Do unused session credits roll over?
To ensure you stay on track with your wellness goals, membership credits expire within 1 year of purchase. We recommend scheduling your appointments regularly to ensure you get the full benefit of your signature glow.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Absolutely. Tier upgrades take effect immediately so you can start enjoying expanded benefits right away. Downgrades will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle.

A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for all memberships and recurring payments.

Membership services and credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

Membership credits cannot be altered, exchanged, or substituted for other services or products.

All membership payments are non-refundable, including unused services or credits.

By enrolling, you agree to these terms and authorize recurring membership charges until your membership is canceled in accordance with the membership policy.

24-hour cancellation policy: Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of that month's service/credit.
Early Cancellation Policy:
Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. If a member chooses to cancel before completing the initial 3-month commitment, an early cancellation fee equal to one month of the membership payment will be charged to the card on file. This fee is non-refundable and does not include any unused services, credits, or membership benefits.
